So late 2014 for Celestials. As for the One-Above-All (One-Above-All (Multiverse). doubt we will see him any time soon. Given the fact that they do not even show up in the comics that often. With only a handful of appearances to their name, and a few more references. But if you are talking about the Celestial by the same (One Above All (Earth-616)). I would guess maybe when we see.
